Go to the Log In page on our site, but do not log in. Instead, click the link on the left side of the page--"Click here Need help accessing your subscriptions?" This will take you to a page to enter the email address associated with your account. Once entered, you will receive an email with a link to manage your subsciption. From there you can add discount codes or alter, pause, or cancel your subscription.
